The order of the teams shown here is according to their order in the EPL table according to the uploading date.

References.

Man City: Easily dominating the league.

Man United: Park the bus, but it dosen’t always work for them.

Liverpool: Trying to challenge the title over and over again, but no avail (last league title won in 1990).

Tottenham: Bottling important games.

Chelsea: Many defeates are due to defensive errors by Cahill and Rudiger.

Arsenal: Sold many players during summer and winter transfer windows (and yet kept Welbeck).

Burnley: Best defense for a team outside the top 6.

Leicester City: Many red cards were given, two of them to Ndidi.

Everton: Spent lots of money on players they didn’t need (Klassen, for example).

AFC Bournemouth: Many of their victories obtained after last minute comebacks.

Watford: Firing managers on a regular basis.

Newcastle: Fans protest against Mike Ashley and his overuse of Sports Direct adverts on their stadium.

Brighton and Hove Albion: Celebrate promotion for the first time to the EPL (and possible survival).

Westham United: Portests against owners and board.

Swansea: Performed poorly under Paul Clement but are doing much better under Carlos Carvaljal.

Huddersfield Town: Started the season pretty well, but went downhill.

Crystal Palace: Dependent on Zaha.

Sotton: Total catastrophe.

Stoke: Worst defense in the league.

West Bromwich Albion: Clueless Pardew ruining the team (I made this clip before he got sacked).

Aaron Ramsey

He’s yet to register an FPL return this season but Aaron Ramsey’s underlying stats show promise, after playing 90 minutes in each of the last two matches.

His tally of 4 attempted assists in Gameweek 4 was joint 2nd in the league; matching Aguero, Sanchez, Lukaku and David Silva, while only Eden Hazard produced more – with 5.

Amongst Arsenal players, Mkhitaryan is the only man to equal the Welshman’s 7 attempted assists this season, while only Lacazette has matched his 5 efforts on target; none of his teammates have produced more on either account.

For comparison, Mo Salah is top for shots on target amongst midfielders this season, with a total of 7 efforts; just 2 more than Ramsey.

Arsenal’s kind run of fixtures continues over the next 4 Gameweeks, seeing them welcome Everton and Watford to the Emirates, in-between trips to Newcastle and Fulham.

Callum Wilson

An injury to Wilfried Zaha means we’re forced to consider alternative options within the budget forward category and despite failing to get on the scoresheet against Chelsea, Callum Wilson continues to impress.

The Bournemouth striker took just the 1 goal attempt in Gameweek 4 but it was deemed by Opta to be a ‘big chance missed’.

A total of 7 ‘big chances’ this season for Wilson is more than any other Premier League player has had, beating Lukaku – with 6 and Salah and Mitrovic – with 5.

14 efforts from inside the box from the 26-year-old is also a league-high tally, beating Aguero and Lukaku – with 13 and Salah and Mitrovic – with 12.

The fixtures remain positive for Eddie Howe’s side in the near future, with home matches against Leicester and Crystal Palace over the next 4 Gameweeks.

David Silva

Finally today, we move on to Man City midfielder David Silva, who has looked impressive since returning to Premier League action in Gameweek 2.

In 3 appearances this season, between Gameweek 2 and Gameweek 4, the Spaniard has produced a league-high tally of 13 attempted assists; beating Salah’s total of 11 over that period and Hazard’s 9, so it’s very surprising to see that the 32-year-old is yet to register an assist.

His total of 6 efforts from inside the box during the same timeframe (GW2-4) also ranks highly amongst midfielders; beaten by only Alli – with 7 and Salah – with 9.

Man City welcome Fulham and Brighton to the Etihad over the next 3 Gameweeks, either side of a trip to Cardiff in Gameweek 6.
